The Candle Space Return Policy

We want you to love every candle. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@thecandlespace.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Because our products are handmade, we can only accept returns or exchanges for damaged or defective items. We do not accept returns for candles that have been burned or for change-of-mind purchases.

Approved returns will receive a refund to the original payment method or a replacement product. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
